How we handle the information you send us on this site, and the rights you have in relation to it.

Mosaïca Conseils is an advisory firm in organizational culture and cultural intelligence, based in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean and working across Quebec. Our full contact details appear at the bottom of every page and in section 15 below.
This policy covers the personal information you may voluntarily send us by using the site mosaicaconseils.com, in particular through the contact form, as well as the technical data generated simply by visiting the site. It does not cover information you might send Mosaïca Conseils by other means (telephone, direct email, in person) or the practices of third-party sites we link to.
The form on the Contact page may collect: your name, your organization's name, your email address, your telephone number (optional), your sector of activity and the message you write.
If you book a call using the “Book a call” button, you are directed to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. The information you provide there (name, email, availability) is governed by Calendly's privacy policy, not by this one.
Like the vast majority of websites, this site's host may automatically log certain technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) for security and proper operation of the service. Mosaïca Conseils does not use these logs for profiling or marketing purposes.
To our knowledge, this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Some pages use temporary browser storage (“sessionStorage”) for two strictly technical purposes: avoiding replaying an introductory animation you have already seen during your visit, and automatically carrying the answers from a self-assessment tool over to the contact form for the duration of your visit. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to Mosaïca Conseils or to a third party, and is deleted automatically when the tab is closed.
No audience-measurement tool (Google Analytics, for example), no advertising pixel and no other tracking tool was found in this site's code at the time this policy was written.
The information sent through the contact form is used solely to respond to your request for information or for an engagement. We do not collect or use personal information for purposes other than those for which it is provided.
When you write to us (through the form, by direct email or by telephone), the information provided is used to assess your request, respond to you and, where applicable, prepare a proposal. It is neither sold, rented, nor shared for third-party marketing purposes.
We keep exchanges relating to a request for as long as necessary to follow up on it and, where applicable, for the duration of a business relationship, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). As stated in section 3, the contact form transmits no data to a Mosaïca Conseils server: the information you enter stays in your own email software until you decide to send it. Exchanges received by email are handled with the same reasonable care as any confidential business correspondence.
You may at any time ask to see the personal information Mosaïca Conseils holds about you, request its correction, or withdraw your consent to its use where that consent applies. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 15.
Where the processing of information rests on your consent (for example, writing to us), you may withdraw that consent at any time, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that may otherwise apply.
In accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector applicable in Quebec, the person exercising the highest authority within Mosaïca Conseils is responsible for the protection of personal information, unless another person is formally designated.
